Cocktails for the People
Folks, I am deeply proud to share with you all, Cocktails for the People, a web channel celebrating the great diversity in the cocktails and spirits worlds by amplifying stories to spark curiosity in an approachable, fun, and charming way so novice home-bartenders feel that great cocktails are within their reach. Social Alchemix (Live!) // In-Person Events are Back!
Nearly two years after our last in-person event (under the name A Cocktail Party Social Experiment), Social Alchemix (Live!) has relaunched. And after this pandemic isolation, it’s truly incredible to be back in a room with a bunch of new folks, and get into incredible conversation.
We are once again listed as one of TimeOut New York’s Best Things to Do this Weekend!

Monday March 14th at Three’s Brewing, in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

Friends, I'm thrilled to announce that I received a City Artist Corps Grant and I've been working with collaborator Andrew Neisler to create Mixed: a Discourse in Three Cocktails.
One part story-telling event, one part mixology class, one part great conversation, and garnished with charm.
We are reimagining the melting pot to explore the notion of ‘America as a Mixed Drink.’ You are invited into the bartender’s basement, for an intimate, participatory cocktail show in which our ideas of Ancestry, Identity, and Home are shaken and stirred.

A Cocktail Party Social Experiment (w/ Distance) is an intoxicating hybrid of game night, storytelling, and aligned serendipity.
Armed with house beverages, the funnest finery from the closets, and a digital version of "A Cocktail Party Game," a group of strangers log in, skip the small talk, and get into the good stuff.
4-5 participants will be chosen from guests who willfully wish to participate. This event is catered to players and voyeurs alike. And be sure to stick around for our new after-hours "Alchemy Bar" to get to know your fellow attendees even more.

I am deeply humbled to announce that A Cocktail Party Social Experiment has been picked up for a monthly residency at Chelsea Music Hall. Check out fantastic write-ups from Culturebot and The Reviews Hub.
Our next experiment is this Monday, December 16th. Doors at 6pm, show at 7pm. All tickets are $15 and include a welcome cocktail. Come on out and see what the buzz is about.
